Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon receipt unless approved business account terms are agreed in writing.
- Approved business accounts may be eligible for Net 7, Net 15, or Net 30 terms after account approval.
- Outta Energy may require prepayment, deposit, card on file, ACH setup, or purchase order information for new accounts or priority service.
- Late or unpaid invoices may result in service suspension, loss of priority scheduling, prepayment requirement, collection costs, or termination of service.
- Customer is responsible for approved service fees, additional fees, fuel surcharges, travel fees, and other charges listed on the invoice or pricing terms.

What Outta Energy Provides
Mobile EV charging at approved business locations, including equipment setup, connection and disconnection by an Outta Energy specialist, charging documentation, completion report, and invoice.
What Outta Energy Does Not Provide
Outta Energy does not drive, move, reposition, tow, transport, return, repair, diagnose, unlock, park, provide 12V battery jumpstarts, or service customer vehicles.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure vehicles are authorized, accessible, parked safely, ready for charging, and have accessible charging ports. Customers must provide a safe outdoor charging area and on-site contact.
Equipment Safety
Only Outta Energy personnel may operate, move, fuel, connect, disconnect, or handle Outta Energy equipment. Customer staff and third parties must stay clear of equipment.
Right to Refuse or Stop Service
Outta Energy may refuse, pause, stop, or reschedule service if the site, vehicle, weather, access, equipment, or operating conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

Charging results vary and are not guaranteed. Outta Energy uses commercially reasonable efforts to charge authorized vehicles within the limits of the vehicle, equipment, service time, and safe operating conditions.
- Outta Energy does not guarantee a specific battery percentage, mileage increase, range increase, charging speed, or completion time.
- Charging results may vary based on vehicle make/model, battery size, starting charge level, onboard charger limits, battery temperature, vehicle software, charging port condition, adapter compatibility, weather, available service time, and site conditions.
- Vehicles with battery, software, port, adapter, onboard charger, electrical, alarm, or safety issues may charge slowly, stop charging, or be skipped.
- Outta Energy may document starting and ending charge information when available, but vehicle displays and app data may vary.
